Additionally, as a Women’s Coaching Specialist and Menopause Coaching Specialist, I am well-equipped with the knowledge and skill-set to support you with your fitness goals and help you feel empowered as you BUILD strength and STAY strong throughout your life-span.

I offer individual, partner/pair, and small group personal training sessions at the fabulous facility, Punchiit Fitness, in Halifax. Online Personal Training is also an option.
